Important
Resetting your password is a two-step process. When you click “Get New Password”:
- You will receive an email containing a link. You must click that link to confirm you want to reset your password. This is a security mechanism.
- When you click that link, you will be taken back to the log in page. You will receive a second email with the new password. You need to use that password to log in.
If you don’t receive any of the emails, be sure to check your spam folder. If they still don’t arrive (please allow an hour or two in case of high traffic), contact me and I’ll get it fixed for you!
